Returns and Refunds:

• Sale or discounted items will not be refunded. Refunds aren't available on sale & discounted items.
• In case of any damaged item, you can share a picture with us at info@petalnpatio.com. We will fully refund the amount or send a replacement as per your choice. The picture should be sent the same day you receive the item, otherwise, it will not be eligible for replacement or refund.
• PetalnPatio reserves the right to refuse the return if it does not meet our Return & Exchange conditions.
