How do I best contact Customer Service?

Please contact us via email at info@petalnpatio.com. Our office hours are Monday to Saturday, 9 am - 5 pm UK time. Our office is closed on weekends and public holidays.

Can I cancel or change my order?

Please contact us immediately after placing your order, and we will do our best to make any changes before dispatch. Please note that we can’t guarantee your requested changes will be applied. Please email info@petalnpatio.com.

I need to return my order, can I get a refund?

We will happily refund, exchange, or issue a store credit on any full-price items. You can view our full Returns Policy here.

My parcel still hasn’t arrived, can you track it for me?

Please continue to track your parcel via the tracking number provided. If you still have not received your parcel within 7-10 working days, please contact our Customer Service team and we will open an investigation with the courier service on your behalf.

Do you have a storefront where I can see your decor items?

We are completely online, but we do have an easy-to-use return/exchange portal. See our Returns Policy for more information.

I purchased something during a sale, can I exchange it?

As our items are already heavily discounted during sales, exchanges are possible as long as you enclose a self-addressed pre-paid parcel. If one isn't enclosed, we will issue a credit note instead.

What should I do if my item is damaged?

If you receive a damaged item, please contact us immediately at info@petalnpatio.com with your order number and a photo of the damaged item. We will arrange a replacement or refund for you.

What is the delivery time?

Our delivery time is typically 7-10 days, but we strive to dispatch orders as soon as possible, so you may receive your order earlier.
